"As much as we loved the location of this hotel, we would not return again. The walls are painfully thin and we were woken up to loud conversations at 4:45AM which completely disturbed our sleep. Thankfully we were not checking out that day so was able to sleep in.
The room was ok - for an Executive Room, we were expecting better looking room. The lift system is not ideal but mindful that it was Bank Holiday weekend."

"Very disappointing family stay
The hotel is located on Broad Street, which is probably a convenient and central location for exploring Birmingham. Unfortunately, the stay itself was very disappointing, especially as we were travelling as a family.
