"Villa Rosa was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and professional. The premises were modern and well-appointed. Our bathroom shower featured a rainfall head, a separate waterfall head, and a separate hand-held faucet. The balcony/terrace was adorned with large plants as well as a table and chairs as well as chez lounges. Everything was first-rate."

"We had a terrible experience to start off our stay. This hotel offered to book a taxi for us from our other hotel in Positano, and we accepted not knowing that we would be dropped off at a different hotel that is a 5 minute walk away through lots of stairs. So after drop-off, we had to then choose either to pay an additional 30 euro fee to hire a porter service or carry our heavy suitcases ourselves (which was not communicated ahead of the reservation).
