Hotel dekat Amerant Bank Arena

"I absolutely LOVE the property; it feels like a home away from home, incredibly clean, cozy, and comfortable. I look forward to going back!"

"The environment was clean hotel smelled refreshing. 1. The size of the rooms shown in photos was not what expected . 2. Poor internet service it’s went out everyday. 3. The breakfast menu did not change only the meat and the second day . I was annoyed because I was looking forward to some bacon and other things at times. Me personally it’s so many other better options which I’ll stick too … It was not one of my favorites . I stayed at two other holiday inn recently and I enjoyed them ."

"Great experience"

"Zak at the front desk went way beyond the call. Got in late on my first day there and the coffee was fresh, but not hot anymore. I asked zak if there was a microwave around since I didn't want them to have to make a fresh pot at that hour. Not only did he take it into the bathroom and he heat it up for me. But when I came back late the next night and he was at the desk, he offered me hot coffee without asking. The building itself as well as the rest of the staff were wonderful."

"Staff was very helpful properties clean and nice"

"Great"

"The property was clean and very well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of choices. Parking is free and easy. The hotel is in a convenient location for us."

"Si tuvieran mas estacionamientos fuera el mejor de todos"

"In the The breakfast we notice that the scramble egg are so cold."
