"My wife and I met Dayle and Monique at the hotel eatery and they were the most helpful and polite individuals that added to the already great stay. Additionally, Julie at the front desk wears many hats at once and is a great blessing to the hotel and it's function. Great hotel location, room, and staff! Highly recommended!"

"The rooms aren’t cleaned every day. When you check in, you’ll be given a paper explaining that housekeeping is only provided on the third day, though you can request fresh towels if needed."

"This hotel is about one block from the Niagara park entrance and about a 15 minute walk to the horseshoe falls. Excellent location with gift shops and plenty of small food places within 2 blocks. We stayed two nights early June 2026. Be sure to sign up for the over the falls tour. It is fantastic if you're visiting this area."

"This comes from a first time going there.The hotel itself was great everyone was friendly and helpful as a gambler I feel almost all the machines you had to fill up different pots to get a chance to win something, to get alot of playtime if you know what I mean.We were there for 2 days and at different times,but it just seem like no one was winning"

"Staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful. Parking available. There were cobwebs in the room over the windows. The shower needed a good scrub around the edges of the tub was pink. Beds were well made and comfortable. Limited options for breakfast. No pool. Walking distance to the Niagara Falls and 3mins walk to the Casino. It was an okay stay."

"The place was a dump. The place wasn't very clean. The air conditioner/heater was loud enough to wake you up.The bathroom was the size of a closet. They charge $20 a day parking in a lot full of cracks and holes. The elevators are so small I could barely turn my wheelchair around. Terrible. Never again."

"We stopped in to enjoy the falls and the area. Upon arrival we found the hotel was under major renovations. The hotel was very short staffed and while the staff was trying it ultimately caused a start to a less than pleasant stay. Location was, o.k., and fairly walkable but not great. Elevators were spotty, no amenities besides an onsite bar/ restaurant. The bar was ok but huge prices for reheated food that came out cold the first time. Staff said it was equipment issues. "Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when...
