"Nice value with great views rustic but charming building and helpful staff"

"We had an amazing stay. The hotel was immaculate. The staff was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, layed out well and nicely furnished. The beds were very comfortable as were the linens. The pillows were to die for... So comfortable. The snacks and beverages at their marketplace were priced very competitively. We had breakfast at the Amala restaurant located inside the hotel. Prices were good. Service was quick. The meals came out hot and with large portions. Would definitely stay here again! "

"The room was so large compared to other rooms with king bed. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Staff very friendly."

"The TV was in our room was controlled by a motion sensor mounted high up on the wall & pointed at the bed. The TV turned off by itself while we were watching a program. We complained to the front desk. The clerk related it was on a motion sensor. The goal may be to conserve energy, but the effect is big brother is watching you. "

"I got what i paid($78)!!!! I have a terrible experienced!!!! it says sound proofed but i heard every single foot steps and voice from the other rooms!!! The room was very dirty, sink was not draining properly which we informed the front desk but they didnt do anything!! Washrooms was very dirty the shower has even molds in it! im not happy with my stay! my kids didnt even sleep properly due to loud noises!! overall bad experienced! "

"The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed). The bathrooms were clean, but the rest of the house could really use a deep cleaning, and the kitchen needs a new set of dishes to replace the broken ones. Luckily, I...

"The property was perfect for what we needed to accommodate our large party. The staff was VERY helpful. Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. I would definitely stay at this property again. "
