Wyndham Garden at Niagara Falls

"The staff was great and very welcoming when we checked in and out. We only had one person at the front desk that was a bit rude during our visit when we asked about leaving our rented mobility scooters in the lobby out of the way for a few hours. She said we needed to take them to our room. We did but it was a big hassle getting them in and out of the elevator. Later in the day we asked another front desk person and they told us we could leave them parked out of the way in the hallway for the night. The next day when we came back from our sightseeing we asked about leaving them plugged in to charged by one of the outlets our of way. We were told that was fine. We really appreciated that. Our room was very nice except that I feel that there should be a small night light in the bathroom because leaving the light on in the bathroom is a bit much even with the door just cracked open. Leaving the light on around the TV isn't the best options either. I feel that there should be grab bars in the shower in every room and the toilets are way too low especially if you are a taller person. The bed was awesome...got some great sleep each night. The parking was great as we were able to get a handicap parking space and didn't have to move the car our whole time there. We were also able to view the fireworks every night from our room. Overall it was a great vacation."

"Staff here are wonderful and very helpful! We were able to get such great information about exploring the area. The room was very clean. Pool and hot tub are incredible! The welcome cookie at check-in was really appreciated by all of us! Location is perfect! One block to the state park and about 15 min walk to the bridge to Goat Island. Restaurant was okay. Highly recommend Luma Cafe just a few blocks away for coffee, food, and smoothies."

"The room was perfect! We were pleasantly surprised when we were told about some complimentary snacks in the refrigerator. We were given two small bottles of wine, a few bottles of water, chilled glasses and a plate of cheese, crackers and grapes! It's very close to the falls and you can watch the fireworks from the property with no issues. We came hours early and were allowed to park at the property with no hassle. A big shout out to Diana who checked us in and went above and beyond to help us out and to our breakfast server Mario who provided exceptional service! All the other staff we encountered were extremely polite and professional. 1000% will recommend this place to my family and friends. We will definitely be coming back in the future. The only con is that there's no elevator. Nothing else!"

"Room was good, restaurant was good. Staff at the restaurant was good. Staff at front desk - not so much. Tried calling, they picked up put me on hold for "a minute", and never got back. That happened twice. Got to the front desk later, the guy is talking on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. A few minutes later someone else came out. I got there at 2:30 to check in, and he said no room is available and to come back in 30minutes. I get that check in is at 3:00pm, but wow.. first time I was turned away from check in for being 30minutes early. Forget using the EV chargers at the property. People park their car in front of the charger and the staff does not bother with it."
