"We loved this hotel! Rooms were perfect with king sized beds and comfy pillows. The bathroom was spacious and came with soaps/lotions. The area felt safe and was quiet. It was within walking distance of so many attractions and dining options! The staff were super friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back!"

"Loved the area. Close to all of the Niagara Falls activities both American side and Canadian side. Only downfall was no washer and dryer. We had to use our same towels the 3 nights we were there."

"You can hear EVERYTHING from outside to the room beside you there were no secrets you could keep. Our toilet kept making a flushing noise at random. And the bathroom wasn’t as clean as you would hope at a hotel. "

Not only were they responsive, but we were quite pleased when they purchased a brand new iron and ironing board as we had communicated the previous one was damaged and stained. "The house itself is beautiful and matched the pictures shown on Hotels.com, but it definitely needs more attention to cleanliness. Pictures are enhanced to looking bright. The size is impressive 6 bedrooms with 2 kings and 4 queens which worked well for my family (2 small child and 2 young adults, each able to have their own bed).
