"I booked this stay with Expedia for $164 for a one night stay. I would rate this stay 5+ stars as it was phenomenal. I visited to attend a concert at the Salt Shed. Parking - There was parking in front of the hotel, which is $4.75 per hour. I arrived to check at 5:30 and utilized the street parking. They offer $24 hour parking for $60. I was going to initially opt for this, but was able to obtain parking after returning from concert on the street. After 9pm, parking is free until 8am and the...

"Nice place to stay"

"I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. This made it possible to enjoy the city longer. My only suggestion would be to walk guests over to the bar/restaurant area and introduce them to the staff."

"This is really nice accommodations. I would say that it’s not especially conducive to tourists as it’s more of a condo situation. No maid service during the stay, one complimentary set of towels and coffee, then you’re on your own. Asked for towels and coffee. Got 4 towels (no hand towels or washcloths) thrown on a chair and 4 k-cups of decaf coffee left on a counter far away from the coffee maker. "1) Desk staff, especially Vidal, were pleasant. 2) Nice hotel convenient to West Randolph entertainment district. 3) Skip the whole "Fulton Tap" concept - beer isn't that good and the self serve is a pain in the neck. I think I got 3 oz out of a pint because of all the foam. 4) Breakfast is good. 5) Sit out on the 5th floor patio - nice."

"Beautifully renovated hotel with close access to everything. Staff was wonderful and helpful. The only issue was that when rooms were cleaned they made the bed emptied the trash and replenished towels but did not remove and replace dirty glasses and mugs or wipe down bathroom sink and coffee station area in our room."

"Absolutely terrible experience start to finish. The customer service was beyond awful. First we waited 40 min for a cart upon arrival and no effort made to find us one (apparently they only have 2 carts) then we were given a queen bed instead of a king. Then checking out we were not given the compensation promised for the room downsize and it was a huge ordeal waitimg for the manager and a big song and dance about the money owed. Following that we had to wait an HOUR for our car to be brought up...
