"My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. "Comfy clean and reasonable"

"Woke up with multiple bites all over body and shower was absolutely not cleaned . There was no soap in pumper shampoo bottle. This is an upscale trying to be luxury hotel. The valet driver was stoned out of his mind. Only reason I gave 2 star was restaurant was actually really good. After seeing Amarillo this is better then most any other hotel around . Just be prepared for bug bites."

"Decent place to spend night while making an overnight stop over. Rooms all updated. Interior renovation not long ago however the outside is a little crummy. Located in more of an industrial side of town but good restaurants close by and Buc-ees few miles away. Rate was very affordable. Would stay here again if just passing through."

"We didn’t realize this was an event type of hotel. If I had children that I wanted to have run around in an enclosed safe space, maybe I would have liked it better. We were also over the bar and the live music paly d until midnight."

"After an 11-hour drive with three kids, we arrived with high hopes. The outside cabin/wagon area is adorable, and the amenities were perfect for burning off energy. The deluxe cabin features two bedrooms (queen, twin bunks), a pull-out sofa, and a kitchenette. Unfortunately, the two mini-splits couldn’t cool the space, even set at 64°F, and the mattresses were incredibly thin. Things turned worst at 9 PM when we uncovered the beds. "Room was very clean. We didn't run into any problems at all. We didn't have opportunity to have a breakfast since we left very early. Property has on site parking, paid, $15 per night. For the price of the room you pay it could be complimentary."

"This was a great bargain to stay overnight with my dog. No frills, off I-40 (I used earplugs to suppress the interstate traffic)."

"The room had dead bugs all along the perimeter of the walls. There was dried urine all over the toilet seat. They offered to change my room, but the new room smelled like someone had chain smoked cheap cigars in it for 30 years straight. I had to ask for a broom to sweep up the bugs myself. This was the most atrocious hotel experience of my life. I would give this place negative stars if possible."

"Definitely too much noise! I understand the hotel is tight on the freeway but the windows were awful causing much noise from the freeway. It was also filthy. Someone had written “Help” from the dirt in the window. The hallway smelled like stale smoke. I endured four the one night I needed. Wouldn’t do more than that."
