"Shuttle office very easy to find. Shuttle to hotel was excellent. Shuttle from hotel to airport was unprofessional. We were going to Terminal 1, driver was going to let everyone off, but a man told him that his airline was not at this stop. This was also my airline the driver took us about 2 km to a different part of terminal one. If it would not have been for the man correcting the driver, I would have been let off very far from where I needed to be. The driver needs to come confirm what airline people are flying. "
