"Every staff member I interacted with was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. They truly were the stand-out. However, I would never stay here again for a few reasons. Above all, our room was dirty and run down. There were broken hooks hanging off the wall, stains all over the furniture, stains and holes in the sheets and bedspread, and several bugs. Additionally, the inside of the windows and the area around the air conditioners were filthy. Beyond the cleanliness, the restaurant was closed for the duration of our stay. When we arrived, we were told that the restaurant and bar were closed for renovations - although there were no signs of renovations happening (nothing taped off, no signage, no one working on anything, etc.). This was particularly frustrating, because we chose a hotel that specifically had a restaurant, and not only was there no mention that the restaurant was closed when we booed there was also no mention of this on their site when I confirmed the hours of the restaurant less than 24 hours before we arrived. "

"Hotel overall was very clean. The room was clean. We never made it to breakfast, but they did offer free breakfast! Good location right off the highway. There's a mall, gas station, a Starbucks, etc. all nearby within 5 to 15 minutes"

"We have to stay in the area somewhat regularly but I will never come back to this hotel. The room smelled so strongly of disinfectant, it took about five hours to clear out with the window wide open and the fan blowing. The bed had only two pillows and a thin blanket, and there's no closet with extras. The shower had shampoo but no conditioner, there was one floor outlet that wouldn't reach the other side of the bed, and the two towels provided were so thin, I couldn't dry my hair much less my body. Our room was right next to the stairwell, and I understand that somebody has to be, and we were willing to put up with the thumping and doors slamming, but our next door neighbors were also having a screaming match from at least 7pm to after 9:30pm. We finally went to the front desk to see if there were any other rooms available. He claimed they were fully booked but he did call room 206 and the screaming finally stopped. I stay in a lot of cheap hotels and motels, but the Rodeway takes cheap to another level. I recommend literally anywhere else. "
