"Amazing experience. Offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price to a presidential suite. Very large and convenient room close to the pool and the beach. The game room off of the pool was a cool addition. The beach was very nice and almost seemed like a private beach. Food was a little pricey but very good. We will be back."

"Check in was efficient and Esteban gave us restaurant recommendations and told us about the complementary bike rental. We were upgraded to a suite which had a full size refrigerator, stove and cooktop. As an Expedia VIP a bottle of complementary champagne was in the frig. They have a good sized pool and jacuzzi that looked very inviting, but we did not have a chance to get in. "It was our first time visiting Santa Barbara and first stay at Pacific Crest Hotel. This was a last minute trip and we were pleasantly surprised on how nice and welcoming this hotel was to our family and how close it was to the beach. We will definitely visit again with more time to spend. "

"Believe the pics. This is a lovely property with SB style and charm. Doesn’t quite match the location right off freeway but you can walk to downtown Carpinteria and both the City and State beaches which are excellent. Would recommend."
