"Sorry this is not a bed and breakfast this is part of a hotel chain, they charge you an extra fee for booking with a 3rd party when you show up, you have to go to the main hotel to get in your place. They make the bed during the stay but don’t take out the trash. The place is cluttered and dated. The only good thing was the hot tub. Will not be staying with this place or the hotel. I wanted a true bed and breakfast which this was absolutely not. "

"We had a phenomenal experience with the general manager Lisa and her chef. Very hospitable and knowledgeable for the downtown St Augustine area. You felt like you're at home and they made you feel very comfortable and the place was immaculate. I highly recommend staying here. We wish we had an extra day. We will definitely come back. Parking was also easy and an added bonus."

"Breakfast was fabulous as was the location. Easy 5 minutes or less walk to a lot of attractions. Nice welcome email with door codes and WiFi password. The front door code wasn’t working so I could not access the interior of the building. I called the number on the front door and Kim talked me thru an alternate way to access my room. It was fixed by the night before I checked out. The B and B was recently purchased by new owners who I’m sure are working out some stuff. I would stay here again....

"Nice breakfast on the porch was great way to start the day. Steep stairs to second floor but you could request a first floor room. Parking is a 5 block walk away but free and you can drop your luggage at the B&B to not have to schlep it. Staff is very friendly."

"Room was fair. Very small. Shower in bedroom and bathroom has no door only shower curtains. Extremely noisy as it us connected to a bar and the band was right outside the window very very loud. They leave earplugs in room no wonder. Band played till 10pm then music from spealers played till 10:30. Some places mention they have breakfast even on thier site someone mentioned great breakfast and they kept this visible instead of correcting. There is no breakfast. Parking is not on the site. Air...
