"This was an amazing experience! These people have been doing this for 40 years, and have it down! Hospitality is second nature to them! Everything was lovely! They gave us the family suite so we wouldn’t have to bring our luggage upstairs. Hilary made the most perfect breakfast and it was so lovely to chat with her. Highly recommend this place for home away from home! Definitely going back again!"

"Everything was very clean. The kitchen was spotless, not only that, there was a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and Creamer. In the fridge there were 2 designated shelfs for each room. "First of all, there was no staff or anyone to welcome you. We reserved a room with a private bath, and when we arrived we had been assigned a different room with no private bathroom. The shared bathroom available was filthy and the linoleum was coming off the floor. The bedroom was dirty as well and the beds were like cots, horrible mattresses. We tried to reach property owner with no avail. They never responded to any of our inquiries. Within 15 mins, we booked a room at local hotel and left...

"This is an insecure HMO. Front door wide open on arrival. Several men smelling of cannabis and alcohol lurking around the communal hallway. Room dirty with a stained mattress and carpet. Refused to stay and walked straight back out again. It's just completely unsafe for a lone female to stay in and should be removed from the site."
