"This is my 2nd time staying here. Its always clean, nice location, and staff is nice. I came early and since my room was ready, they let me check-in. I appreciate that! My only suggestion is to have a key box on the front desk. I checkout out in the middle of the night and no one was at the front desk. I put my key under their keyboard but knew that someone could easily pick up the key and go back to my room. So, I just would have felt more comfortable placing my key in a box. Lovely stay though and this is my go-to hotel when traveling to Houston."

"Only issue was the 75$ pet fee they charge. We have a small 13 yr old dog that is well trained. This fee to me is way to much. Other than that. .10 stars, staff was awesome and owner came and introduced himself which in my mind is awesome."
