"I like staying at the Arlo properties because they are clean, have activities in the hotel and are close to different attractions and tourist areas. Staff is always nice and accommodating. "

"Eating at the restaurant: breakfast was average, lunch was below average. Could not sleep on pillows (too high). Front desk messed up early check-in. Should replace double beds with queens. The room was modern, quiet, clean and spacious. Window was facing building, but there was plenty room to adjacent building. "

"The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants as well. I was disappointed in the low number of staff. The people who were there were lovely, but there were not enough people working to help all of the people that needed help. It was disappointing that my bathroom ceiling was leaking, but they did fix it promptly. My in room refrigerator didn’t work and wasted all of the leftovers I brought back, and there’s no microwave, even if it had been edible. The roof restaurant bartender and manager were standouts of my experience. The biggest problem I had was a lack of staff assistance and or the complete lack of luggage carts that has resulted in serious back injury and needing to take time off of work once I returned home. I feel that in about a year hotel Nell will be an incredible experience if they continue to improve."

"Stayed here for a work trip. Room was cute and comfortable. There were two waters when I got there but they never brought new ones. Check in was super easy and I was very appreciate they were able to get me into my room early. However the bartender seemed kind of rude and the person at the desk was also not very friendly. They have a sign for mimosas but told me they were out at 11am Sunday. Rooftop bar was supposed to be open Sunday at 5 but supposedly the managers decided to close it. I’d stay here again but the hospitality downstairs could definitely use some improving. Could’ve been just the crew for the weekend because Friday check in and Monday check out were fine."

"Everything was beautiful, we had to get transferred because our room kept who would let us in, better room, but some things were chipping(paint gap in the faucet , overall beautiful hotel, great service from the Staff. And amazing drinks "

"The staff was so kind, personable, and knowledgeable. I got to the site early & everyone helped to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. I like that they have a place to drop bags so I could do what I needed while I waited for my room. I was able to check in about 30 mins before 4pm and I was so grateful to get settled a little bit early. The room was very clean and I felt like I had everything I needed for my stay. The experience was so good, I signed up for a loyalty account. "
