"A localização do hotel é muito conveniente. O pier Sabta Mônica fica a poucos metros, tem vários tours saindo próximo hotel também. Tem muitas lojas e restaurantes próximos. A história do hotel é encantadora, seus funcionários muito simpáticos e cordiais atenderam prontamente nossos pedidos. Tem uma cafeteira ao lado para o café da manhã. "The Eden has a fun retro vibe to it, and its location across Ocean Ave from the beach is cool. Other than these two features, I couldn’t justify paying $600/night for the room we had. Yes, it was nice and spacious, however it was incredibly bare: no coffee maker in the room, no tissues by the bed, none of the simple things you’d expect in this type of establishment. The grout in the bathroom needs to be redone, there was one small plastic trashcan in the bathroom. Our room also happened to be above a side street where a farmers market was apparently being held early in the morning, and I was awoken by very noisy delivery trucks at 4:30AM… Not the best start to our quiet California vacation as I’d hoped, but thankfully we only stayed there 1 night and moved to a better hotel in a different neighborhood. Overall, cool but definitely not one of the best hotels as I’d read online. "

"Bed was too soft and pillows were too hard. There weren’t q-tips, cotton squares, or bottled water in the room. The man on duty at night-about 8:00PM was awful. He had an attitude. I want to buy a water and he asked how do I want to pay for it. I asked how much it was since prices were not listed. He said it wastes his time to tell me the price and he had been working long hours. What a shame!!! I will never stay at this hotel again."

"We were very happy with our stay at the hotel. The location is outstanding — truly one of its biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of the Santa Monica Pier, the beach, restaurants, and shops, which made our trip much more convenient and enjoyable. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly, and welcoming throughout our entire stay. From check-in to daily interactions, everyone was always helpful and genuinely kind, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was another highlight: spacious, modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. The hotel manages to combine a contemporary style with real comfort, not just aesthetics. Everything felt functional, clean, and thoughtfully designed. As a point of attention, the hotel parking is quite expensive at $65 per night. For longer stays, this can significantly increase the overall cost of the trip. Because of that, we chose to park at a public parking garage located just half a block away, which was a much more reasonable option. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again."
