"I was disappointed with this hotel as it was supposed to be 5 star. The staff were just ok didn’t really go out of their way with help or advice. The barman was quite unhelpful and rude. Also there was building work going on next door so we couldn’t even sit on the balcony or have the doors open because of this. The hotel did not fore warn us of this when we booked otherwise I would have reconsidered our stay!"

"We stayed 3 nights here. Our stay was good but not outstanding. Rooms were not cleaned properly during our stay. We used spa services and felt the staff did an okay job. Concierge service staff gets a mixed review. Some were excellent in recommendation while others are not. I give this hotel a 4/5 review overall"

"CONTRO COMFORT STANZA: porta della stanza non insonorizzata, ci siamo svegliati ogni mattina alle 8/8:30 a causa del via vai delle persone e del personale di servizio abbastanza rumoroso (fortunatamente sul piano soggiornavano poche persone altrimenti, anche la notte, sarebbe stato un problema), cuscini troppo morbidi, tende che non riescono ad oscurare a pieno la stanza (se come noi siete abituati a dormire al buio), soffione doccia troppo basso (sono 190, mi sono dovuto docciare a ginocchia...

"The location was not convenient for dining, and shops. Before arriving, I received a text saying if you need overview of the city, let us know. so I asked for it, then, I received a map. That was it. Very disappointed. And the woman at the front was not nice. The room was small, and there is no closet. There was only a short bar to hung my clothes. So not convenient. "

"Absolutely incredible hotel with amazing stuff. Everything was absolutely amazing. Even the rooftop, uh, bar was super nice to to watch the sunset and drink a cup of coffee or a pint of beer. We had the best time walking towards the town from this hotel. Next by the river And we definitely enjoy the free bikes.And I just loved it here.I will definitely come back as many times as I can"

"The staff were as helpful as can be, the quality of the amenities to make the stay comfortable was higher than I have typically seen. Probably the nicest place we stayed on our whole European vacation. My only have one thing that I could not figure out and was not so great was the lights in the room since they controlled right inside the door and they’re not labeled, I always have to guess all these many buttons to try and get the right lights on. I wish there was some solution for that."
