"Hotel property was clean, beautiful and quiet. Only thing was, that on my last evening after hiking Fuego I returned to find my AC was broken. After notifying the front desk, the only option I was given was a portable fan :-(
Other than that, the staff was friendly, property was well maintained and secure, breakfast was good, and I felt very safe and secure. The room was clean and modern.
I would definitely stay again."

"They treat you like family - in the best ways. Helped us with transportation, not just from the airport but to various sights too. Enjoyed the filtered water and the fridge. Breakfast was so tasty. Great bed and fantastic views! Only improvements for the room....cleaner floors and a fan - wall or ceiling would be appreciated. I would go back in a heartbeat."

"The hotel was very spacious. At first I was hesitant because it looked different from the exterior but once inside it’s completely different. I totally recommend it. The staff is also extremely helpful the front desk even helped me with guiding me on where yo go visit."

"Love it, my room was clean and very comfortable, bed it bit to high I am 5'3 lol. Love the decor. Breakfast ok.
Staff very nice. They accommodated me when I had to switch rooms. Would recommend, and would stay again."
