"Unfortunately, my overall experience at this property did not align with the Marriot brand. The poor level of service and hospitality we received at this property has tarnished our view of the Marriot brand. The lack of regard for guests and their experience was deplorable. Exceptional hospitality is one of the reasons we choose to stay at this property, but this experience fell well below those expectations.
