"Check in was the hardest part of the stay. The computer system was down so we went to grab and food and crossed our fingers that we could come back to check in. Luckily it worked out for us. The room, the pool, hot tub and koi pond were a big hit with my family. We would stay there again."

"Overall was ok, my daughter enjoy the indoor pool. Staff could be more friendly and welcoming to anyone that pay to stay there. When checking in the customer before us got more attention since it was a regular base with the conversation I heard, when it was my time to check in I wasn’t ask about rewards program or anything like that. Receptionist was not welcoming and it seems she only was more friendly with some customers. We usually stay somewhere else but this time I decide to give it a try...

"The manager and the girl tending bar were both exceptional. We could not have had a better time. We have stayed at other hotels in Scott’s valley and were quite disappointed. Everything was clean and nicely done and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Loved the patio! They rate AAA+. "

"Clean room and quiet. Never took a shower with dual shower heads before. That was a first and a pleasant experience. For some, they might want more service and interaction with the staff but you could call and they were very friendly and responsive. "

"We loved this hotel! The room was very clean and comfortable! The courtyard was so beautiful! Loved all the olive trees! The breakfast was just perfect! The service was great! We did the pre check in so the actual check in was a breeze! We were on the bottom floor so we did hear our upstairs neighbors a couple of times but nothing that would prevent us from going back! Can’t wait for our next visit! We had a lovely visit! "

"Older property but clean and nicely appointed. Refrigerator, microwave, wi fi, desk. Located in downtown Los Gatos, very walkable to shops, cafe, and points of interest. Parking was very tight but nice to have in downtown Los Gatos. The property advertises electrical vehicle chargers. However, the one non-Tesla charger did not work. :-( "

"Great location, amazing staff, clean facilities and overall great experience. Has our small dog with us and Ashley at the desk walked up welcomed us and made sure we gas everything we need. The only knock i would have is the breakfast on a sunday morning was just a couple pastries and Greek yogurt. "

"It was a comfortable get away. But I did expect better based on the price. Having to plug in the lamp between beds to have light was inconvenient. The heater was loud all night - even when we turned it off. The bathroom door isn’t on it’s track right and I almost got locked in. The bathroom doesn’t have a light separate so as not to turn on the whole vanity light in the middle of the night. "
