"Our family came here for a funeral, pictures make it look nicer than it is, unfortunately. I had to clean the room when we arrived. The windows were visibly filthy and thick dust in the tracks, as well has thick dust in other areas. It was frustrating. Pool was fun!. My family had fun utilizing the pool during our stay. They have a little corner area with snacks, you definitely pay for convenience. Staff was very nice!. Restaurant was closed. If you bring a pet they get a little goodie bag. We didn't receive until our last day. Would be stay again? I dont think so. But, check it out for yourself everyone's opinions are different. Safe travels!!."

"We used the family room with bunk beds on the first floor and a king bed in the upstairs loft. It was perfect for our family. The pool was a warm 87 degrees that the kids loved. The exercise room was one of the nicest I’ve seen. We stayed twice as a pitstop and will probably be back again."

"The staff was amazing! I would like to note that if anyone is particularly triggered with migraines due to smells this place is not for you. Whatever they’re pumping out of the vents in the common hallways is extremely strong, almost too much. Also, there is no ramps just stairs to the elevators so if you have kids with strollers etc, need wheelchair accessibility this is not the hotel for you. There was no closet or dresser to put away clothing. One more thing to note. We were woke up to guests playing corn hole at 2 am. There is a sign that says 10pm is quiet time but I feel staff should put away bags at 10pm and put back out the next day to ensure all guests have a pleasant rest! We will probably not stay here again due to these issues above. Great for single person or a couple. Rooms were clean & looked nice."

"I was messaged my room number and code to open the door. That worked well, no need to go through a check in routine. It was all done through messaging. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. I recommend it."
