Beautiful spacious and elegant bedroom - super comfortable bed with great quality sheets. Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts although not exactly to our taste were plentiful and there was always the more simple option of fruit juice and yogurt with granola. Good coffee and we appreciated being able to help ourselves when we came back in after a day out. Parking was also very much appreciated and the location was perfect to walk down to Thames St and the waterfront

We had such a wonderful stay here. We were given the Cliff Suite which is in a cottage across from the main house. I would happily live in there, the decor was beautiful and the jet tub was big enough for 3! We arrived late after our flighty was delayed and the keys left out for us. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. It was lovely to have a coffee by the fire. We will definitely be back if we return to the area.

This is a beautiful property in the best traditions of historic New England B&Bs but stands out due to the fantastic welcome and friendliness of the team. The excellent daily afternoon tea - in reality an irresistible selection of sweet and savoury snacks - is a very welcome bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend the Francis Malbone House.

It’s no wonder that so many reviews for The Outlook Inn mention the host, Serena. She was so helpful and welcomed us with a huge smile. The Outlook Inn was the perfect location for our stay, on beautiful Spring Street, a short walk to Thames Street’s restaurants and shops but on a quiet street for a comfortable nights sleep. Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.

Great property - friendly welcome with a glass of wine. Room decor wonderful. Breakfast food was excellent - Michelin quality with super service from Christine. Valet service efficient and friendly.

We were given a very warm welcome, spotless comfortable room (we stayed in the Burgundy room), beautiful and plentiful home-cooked breakfast and charming fellow guests. You really can't beat the location and sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch was such a bonus. We will definitely stay here again

We had a fantastic stay. It's a great location, walking distance to shops and the harbour, good parking and a lovely, spacious, comfortable place to stay. Wish we had stayed longer, and woukd definitely recommend staying at the Newport Lofts.

This place was actually fabulous. The cute house had everything you needed. Even a diffuser attachment for the hairdryer. If you have curly hair you will understand. Wish we could have stayed more nights. Thank you.
