Touch with no body, till one of the guess in that location was very helpful and get i. Touch with the people in charge and pick me at the location with the same name, litke frustration because I was traveling from Korea and it was 9,30 pm , so I say great service but I thought line all my reservations, that I was going to have my own bathroom. "The staff were on another level, they are dotted around the hotel and always on hand to help. They were incredibly accommodating and even helped me with some confusion about what to wear to dinner... The waitress at dinner even helped me practice my Japanese. The drum show in the evening was amazing, and the room itself was a little haven, the onsen are clean, the Fuji view onsen is beautiful, the food at dinner was 10/10, I honestly cannot fault this hotel one of the nicest places I have ever stayed"

"This was the third hotel we had stayed in on the first leg of our Japan trip. First, check-in was very simple and the staff was courteous. Second, the room was surprisingly large and everything was clean and fresh. Third, the best part of the room was there was two twin beds and they were very comfortable. I don't understand why Japan hotels have ridiculously hard beds and pillows; very poor sleep. At the previous hotel I had to purchase a new and very nice pillow that I used for the rest of the trip. My wife and I slept very well. Our son/wife were in another room and they also experienced a nice sleep. Fourth, the shower was so great. I wish America had shower stalls like that. Fifth, the hotel provided coffee, tea, hot miso soup packs, cellphone cords for every type and a very nice comfortable lounge on the first floor. No breakfast but restaurants close by. Sixth; The hotel had individual packs of coffee bags (red and blue) and a hot water station on the floor and a kettle in the room. By far the best tasting coffee in Japan. My apologies but I raided the coffee and stashed in my bag. My wife and I enjoyed that coffee at the other 4 hotels we stayed. None of them had good coffee. Seventh, It poured rain on our second day but the hotel had complimentary umbrellas. Nice :) Eighth, The hotel is next door to the train station but you can't hear any noise. Ninth, did I mention that the bed was extremely comfortable and the coffee was oishii. Tenth, will go back again"

"Great location, breakfast, nice people. Dryer (laundry) didn't work well. Took forever try to dry washed clothes. I don't know how many dryer cycles I ran, but never dried. I had to hang dry over night in the room."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."

"初ホステルでしたが建物やお部屋、シャワーにトイレのどれも綺麗で快適でした！アットホームで温かい雰囲気の内装は居心地が良く、富士山駅やコンビニから徒歩5分の好立地で富士吉田エリアの散策にぴったりでした。設備が共用だけど洗面台は2階に4つもあるので快適に使えます。タオルは部屋とシャワー室に完備、石鹸やシャンプー、ボディソープなども用意されててホテルと遜色の無いサービスです。またらハロサイの駐輪ポートも近くにあり、駅には大型の荷物も入るコインロッカーがあるので出発前の散策も手ぶらで行えるのも嬉しいですね。チェックインもチェックアウトも煩わしくなく、ホテルよりも気楽な雰囲気が好みならぴったりなお宿だと思います。二日間ありがとうございました！"
