Hotel dekat Arc-en-Ciel - Théâtre de Rungis

"Avoid this hotel – security and safety failures, dismissive staff This was a genuinely horrible experience. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful ordeal due to serious safety and security failures, compounded by a dismissive attitude from staff when we raised them. Security lock not functioning: The supplementary door lock — the mechanism separate from the electronic keycard that's supposed to stop the room being opened from outside — simply did not work. When we...

"We stay every year when we visit our family in Europe. It is literally steps from Orly terminal 4. Its convenient, clean and has great customer service. Wish the dinner buffet would open at 6pm and not 645pm. Just a small suggestion."

"The room was questionable. When I walked in I immediately noticed that while the bed, cabinets, and desk area were nice, the rest of the room was poorly maintained. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the room smelt like paint and poorly circulated air,the vents were filthy, the walls were a bit yellow, and the carpet was stained/DIRTY. There were literal green and grey patches on the carpet where dirt had collected. Some of the furniture was placed on top of the dirtier parts of the floor...

"OK for the price. No amenities, small rooms."

"Good breakfast"

"top excellent accueil"

"Terrible experience – definitely not worth $170 a night! Extremely disappointing stay. I paid approximately $170 for one night, expecting a decent three-star hotel, but the experience was nowhere near what I expected for that price. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it very unpleasant to stay in. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working, so the room was extremely warm and uncomfortable. I went to the front desk and asked if I could be moved to another room,...
