"This little motel is located in a quiet area very close to the beach. There were also few cute shops and eateries within walking distance. The staff were friendly and able to get us our rooms early after east coast flight arrivals. The rooms were spacious and I really appreciated the skylight in the bathroom on the top floor and peek of the sea from my room. The large windows were perfect although light sleepers might find it challenging with the sound of the trolley on the street below. All in...

"Great housekeeping, property itself is a little rough around the edges, parking is good for San Francisco, and it's a 5 min or less walk to the beach. Your door looks at a nice dune / trail, you can hear and smell the ocean. Rooms were rather roomy and all staff encountered were nice. We had a fridge, just not a coffee maker or microwave but I knew that and planned accordingly. Was it perfect? No. Was it perfect for us? Absolutely! If you're looking for a great value in the city, to enjoy both...

"very nice, neat rooms with great AC and shower. convenient location and not too noisy despite being so close to the nightlife. parking's a little funky but overall also very convenient! staff were on top of everything and the facilities overall seemed very clean; only complaint is that the vending machine did not work whatsoever. however, great little place in walking distance of so much stuff! loved it, would absolutely stay again!"

"Best thing about this property is its location. Can't be beat. Easy walk to Palace of Fine Arts and Crissy Fields. Free parking is 2nd best thing. Now.. when you put these two pluses together, no need to look further. Property is old, needs update, but it's clean. Parking is a tight squeeze, but free. Typical motel, but location, location, location!"

"Parking was easy to access and simple to pay for. My main issues were with the cleanliness of the rooms, like the floor being dirty, shower not clean and the dining table in the room had crumbs on it. Another issue was the elevator, several times it took me 10 minutes to get down to the lobby because the elevators were so slow. Also in the bathroom the faucet had too high of pressure and it wend"

"Excellent location! Easy to get anywhere from the hotel. Close to nice shopping and restaurants that are not touristy. Only drawback is a very small gym and no spa or sauna. "

"Room was unclean. Covered in dust from top to bottom. Extremely loud, metal carts going through the hallway in the middle of the night, police raiding the room over. Never again!!!!!!"
