"Unfortunately we did not get a good nights rest. The sound barrier between rooms are super poor! The people above us kept us up all damn night. We could hear every foot steps taken and a bunch of other loud noises. We had to keep the tv and fan on to try to block the noises but that did not work. The rooms were ok cleanliness wise but could be better as far as updating the paint on the Walls and doors."

"Overall it’s average. Shower pressure was really low and it took a while to get hot water. Our room was next to the busy street and heard so much traffic noise. Sink was too small to wash face."

"Parking was limited and if you get back late, you have to park on the street. The bedding is ugly as hell however, the bedsheets were clean and comfortable. The current bedspreads gave that 70s vibe. When you first walk into the room, there’s this musty smell and the ceiling above the shower needs to be looked at this is room 218."

"The staff were great, very helpful and kind. The property is fine if you just need a place to sleep at night and plan to be out during the day. I had a room with two double beds, but it was quite small, and it felt crowded with multiple people. The mattresses were not very comfortable. Overall, though, it was worth the price and the location and free parking included. "

"The Perramont is in a great location close to the Castro and just steps from Muni which made getting around easy. I really appreciated the daily maid service having fresh towels and the bed made each day was awesome. The showers and bathrooms were cleaned regularly, and although there was some remodeling happening (which meant fewer bathrooms available on the floor), everything was well maintained. "Convenient location near shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly. The room and bedding looked shabby and dusty and the tv and fan didn’t work. I could live with that, but then I found several ticks in the room. When I tried to tell the staff the next morning during check out, they just seemed to blow it off and said the room would be cleaned. I wasn’t trying to complain, but if there’s a chance of a bug problem, I thought they should be aware."
