"It’s a quiet place, parking is easy. We find some insects in the room, spiders and critters, no hair conditioner provided, the hair dryer is terrible. The bedding sheet looks clean, the blanket is very old and wore, the carpet is very soiled."

"The room was clean and this appears to be a newer property. The front desk greeting was very impersonal and that’s a bit disappointing but seems to be the growing trend in service. Room above us was occupied by children who ram back and forth and rolled a desk chair around late into night. Call to desk to ask for assistance was no help. Parents seem to just not care these days. The room itself was fine, bed comfortable. Good location. "

"There is definitely a communication barrier with housekeeping . On Saturday when we returned from town, our room had not been cleaned yet. The gentleman who was helping clean rooms, asked us if we wanted it cleaned. My husband told him, yes and that we needed clean towels. He repeated it and then was ask for our used towels. We gave them to housekeeping. We had to then ask for towels that night bc he never came back with towels. The room was clean but the second round of towels were very dingy...

"This is a dated hotel and that’s understandable. The check in was great and the staff was nice and the morning breakfast employee was very nice and attentive to get fresh food out. But one of the morning staff members was rude and looked irritated when asked to fix a key card issue. The exercise room was pitiful and not very clean. Even though it was a Friday night the cost was very overpriced"

"I booked 5 nights for my family to stay while in town for an athletic event. I must say that I have never seen such an unsanitary environment in a hotel. First, the carpet was horribly stained, there were blood stains on the shower curtain and hairs stuck to the shower wall, the room had an odor, the room keys had to be reprogrammed numerous times, the pool was out of order (in June! ). I’ve never left a bad review for a hotel! The breakfast was surprisingly good!"

"One word describes our stay: meh. My family of four stayed here for four days and three nights in a two-queen bed suite. Unfortunately, the experience fell below expectations. The room had several cleanliness issues, including dust on doors and other obviously visible areas, crumbs, hair on the floors, and stained pink sheets that gave the impression they should have been replaced. The refrigerator appeared cleaned but wasn't thoroughly wiped down. The shower had low water pressure and warm...
