"Area was close to the sea and offered plenty of amenities and pools Staff were ok but not super friendly "

"The staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The weather wasn’t ideal for swimming but the pool appeared well-maintained. There are some pets on the property. I couldn’t find the Wi-Fi password but I didn’t need it anyway."

"Secrets Lanzarote is a lovely hotel, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of sun beds and places to sit in the sun. Lovely food - even the buffet option. Drinks are 10/10 even the alcohol free ones. Evening entertainment is very good. Coffee shop is wonderful with many options. Italian and the grill are our favourite a la carte options. "The room was very clean and as described - the kitchen included all the things you need for a shortish stay, we were able to cook dinner when we wanted to. Site lovely and quiet - out of town but with easy access to a bus route or the beachfront walkway. The beds are very hard - it's put me off ever having a memory foam mattress! Although there are safe's in the room, you have to pay rental for a key to use them (it's the same rule for the air conditioning remotes) which seems a bit much when...
