"The Whiskey Vault business runs a a bar restaurant plus a small hotel. The best of this accommodation is its convient town center location. The room we had is clean but space is really tight. When we arrived at around dinner time, the hotel receptionist was not there so we checked in with the staff at the bar. Actually we had no contact with the hotel receptionist during our two-night stay. Better than anticipated, noise in late evening was non-issue for our stay during a weekend. There is no...

"Leider war unser erster Eindruck vom Zimmer sehr enttäuschend. Im Zimmer roch es unangenehm muffig, im Fensterbereich war deutlich Schimmel vorhanden, und im Bett befanden sich Haare. Einen solchen Zustand hatten wir bei einem Hotelzimmer nicht erwartet. Die entsprechenden Bilder füge ich der Bewertung bei. Nachdem ich mich an der Rezeption beschwert hatte, reagierte die Mitarbeiterin dort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie zeigte uns zwei alternative Zimmer, aus denen wir auswählen konnten....

"La vista dalla camera sul fiume è stata la cosa più bella insieme alla doccia. Il letto scomodo, la camera non è insonorizzata e si sente tutto quello che succede intorno, incluso gli altri clienti russare e camminare. La colazione deludente soprattutto per la mancanza di un sorriso da parte del personale addetto. Rapporto qualità prezzo elevato."
