"CHOOSE SOMETHING ELSE: This establishment plays games and is not concerned with customer satisfaction. At check in the room that was reserved 3 months earlier was not available. They told a few stories that didn't add up. First, my room was not ready yet, so If I waited 15 minutes it would be ready. When I said "ok I'll wait" they changed their story and said there was actually a problem with the room. I requested another room of the same kind and they didn't have one. "Pay for parking"

"I wanted to extend my stay in one day and was not able to do this online. I’ve asked the front desk multiple times to help out but they said they cannot and fully booked, though they did have empty rooms for the extra night. Very disappointing."

"Great, comfortable place to stay for our family trip with 4 adults and one toddler. The location was fantastic - we were walking distance to Museum Campus, Millennium park and the theater district. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with little ones - the washer/dryer, space and amenities made Sentral a really great home base for our family vacation."

"Lobby is clean for the most part. Thank goodness for the pastry restaurant nxt door. The reviews that I read on this venue were obviously false or I would hv stayed nxt door. If ur looking for cheap and down town this is it. No amenities except clean towels. There was clearly mold growing somewhere in the bathroom u could smell stronger and stronger everyday. Very small rooms yet u could see the fireworks at night at the lake from room 910 if that matters. Windows were rusted not sure air...
