"PROS: Fantastic experience! I loved this hotel so much that I booked it twice in the last 2 weeks. I had both a family trip and a business trip in Chicago, and would gladly go back to this hotel every time I am in town. The hotel is very modern, clean and in excellent condition, breakfast buffet was super delicious, great variety of items served as well as fresh produce daily. "Ive stayed at this hotel multiple times. This time was a disaster. Do not trust the staff at the front desk. I called them on Monday to say the flight was canceled and to check-in and would be there on Tuesday. Reservation was paid in full 4 months in advance. I spoke to front desk on Tuesday 5pm to see if I could extend the stay and was told they were sold out. We show up at 11pm to check-in and they canceled the reservation and had no rooms.
