"Some of the features in the room were kinda run-down. There was a big, splintery chip in the door where it looks like a security chain was removed, and the bathroom counter had clearly seen better days, but the place was VERY well cleaned, housekeeping was impeccable. The staff were all very professional and courteous too. And the location can't be beat if you're looking to visit the Art Institute and other attractions!"

"Room was clean, Property location was walking distance to all the sights. Hotel doesn't have parking but they send you a link where to park with a discount which wasn't a bad price. I would stay here again"

"The pub below was nice to have and the rooms were clean. They were able to hold our bags for us when we got there and when we left with no extra charge. Our room was ready when we got there thanks to the online checking in. Check out was easy and there was almost always someone at the front desk. The only thing I didn’t like was no exhaust in the bathroom so it made the room hot, but we just turned the temp down."
