"The Hampton Inn was oversold; therefore, I was put into the Hilton Garden Inn. That was okay, a clean room is a clean room. You had to have another key for breakfast at the Hampton Inn as I didn't pay for the Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. LOL .."

"The room we had was clean. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, dishwasher, a 2 burner stove and a microwave. Our room overlooked the downtown area and we were fortunate enough to have a view of the lake from the 28th floor. With the view we had, we were able to see the fireworks from the Navy Pier. We could not see the pier though. The complimentary breakfast, varied slightly daily but all in all it was very good. It is a charming hotel. The hotel looks like the building was a 1930/40 office...

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The reception desk is shared with another hotel, so the lobby can feel a bit crowded and somewhat disorganized. The two front desk staff members I interacted with were polite and answered all of my questions, but they didn't really go beyond what was asked. I didn't use the parking facilities, so I can't comment on them. I'm not even sure if the hotel has its own parking, but if you're...
