Clean bedroom, well designed, accommodating staff, and good food in the restaurant. They Pride decor and accessories was fun to have to take to the parade. They reserved me in a room where it was not too high since I have anxiety in high buildings. Thanks again, Arlo."

"The Hampton Inn was oversold; therefore, I was put into the Hilton Garden Inn. That was okay, a clean room is a clean room. You had to have another key for breakfast at the Hampton Inn as I didn't pay for the Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. LOL .."

"The room we had was clean. The kitchen area had a refrigerator, dishwasher, a 2 burner stove and a microwave. Our room overlooked the downtown area and we were fortunate enough to have a view of the lake from the 28th floor. With the view we had, we were able to see the fireworks from the Navy Pier. We could not see the pier though. The complimentary breakfast, varied slightly daily but all in all it was very good. It is a charming hotel. The hotel looks like the building was a 1930/40 office...
