"Front desk staff seemed to speak to me as if I was inconveniencing their day when you work a front desk and your people coming in from out of the area, it’s important to offer a warm and welcoming tone. I did not experience that with said staff had a massive issue with parking that led to me having to call the front desk 16 times after being hung up on while I was stuck in the parking garage at the gate trying to get into valet Had another problem, getting extra pillows and blankets. They seemed annoyed each time I reminded them I still had not yet received them. The hotel itself is in a decent location. I just think that the staff is extremely unprofessional "

"Our room was very hot & the hotel had not flipped heat over to AC yet & rooms do not have individual thermostats. The window did not open either. There was no hot water in the shower. We had to wash in the sink as the water was very cold. The doorman/bellman was really nice & helpful. The hotel is in a great location for public transportation. Our room was larger than a regular room. Biggest complaint was the hot room & no hot water. "

"Ceiling of bathroom was peeling and the hair rinse was out of battle dispenser. I was expecting coffee or hot water dispenser in room but no and there’s no complimentary water either."

"Spacious for our party of 3. Room was great; only thing was that the sink area was not private / did not a have door and was part of the bedroom. We were visiting family who lived around the corner so a great choice for location and quality. Ate at the nearby French bakery a couple times when we needed a snack. Very close to the red line and of course Michigan Avenue."

"Sentral Michigan Avenue is not your average hotel but more like an apartment stay. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, even a broom & dustpan for spills!! Its a beautiful little place that feels homey. We had a little trouble with our tv remote refusing to work but they had it fixed in no time! I cannot recommend Sentral enough! "

"Old hotel, no comforter in the bedroom, requested a change of the TV remote control. "

"The pictures shown were not what the property looks like , one two people can fit in elevator at a time. Still have t received my deposit back and I didn’t even stay there."
