"Very tired hotel in need of renovation "

"Clean room. Had a great time. I knocked off a star because when booking it said breakfast was included however only if you are a gold/diamond Hilton member. When I shared that with the staff they shrugged it off dismissively. Overall great stay beyond that. "

"Rude staff (especially at night). Whoever was there for checkout was also rude. Broken shower curtain pole and shower didn’t drain. Vending machines for drinks don’t work (everything is sold out) on every floor. Pillows are uncomfortable. Poor noise insulation. Also, the entrance to the hotel had homeless people and others who made it feel unsafe, especially at night."

"I liked the property. The location was amazing. Rooms were clean and had a lot to offer. I would say that the check in process was a little clunky. I would have preferred to not need to use the check-in kiosk."
