Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, man hatte einen eigenen Guide, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Das Essen serviert, das Auto zur Unterkunft gefahren, Feuer gemacht. "For an all inclusive resort it lacked majorly. The food was good, but there is no late snacks, no room service, and they close 10 min before the actual time. We had to get food delivered because of this. No one comes to ask you for drinks you have to go to the bar. Everything pretty much shuts down by 2300 (11pm). Your kind of forced to go to your room. The gym and spa is not close by to the hotel. Some of the staff were standoffish, but other staff were great. I wouldnt recommend this hotel."

Located 15 mins from Medina and 30 from the airport, the hotel is an oasis of calm.
Set in a huge garden, there are multiple hidden gardens to walk through, with Peacocks roaming alongside cats and ponds with frogs and turtles.
