"I only gave negative stars because of the noise… we were back to the room about 8pm every evening and could NOT rest because till around 11pm there was a loud music and noise from the upstairs bar. You hear everything.. Only when the bar closing down you can actually sleep at last… Also there were interesting windows in twins bed room - they are small and located weirdly above the head height…"

"Quaint small hotel but rooms weee big. Clean, modern and best central location to everything in old Adan Juan. 2 blocks from pier, two blocks from the Moro, shopping and restaurants. Ate at Cafe el Pubti and the food could not have been any better with very decent prices. Exceptional. We parked at the big parking station for $24 from 6 overnight till check out 3 blocks away"

"The WiFi is horrible, tried to get work done but didn’t connect. When it would finally connect wouldn’t stay connected long and it was extremely slow. After hour checkin you have to call the sister hotel for the code and check in… parking is a nightmare"

Rachel, Andrea, Alejandro, and so many more on the staff team made the experience seamlessly luxurious. With a late flight, we’re even able to go to their sister property while we wait. 10/10"

"Location, friendly staff. I fell on the sidewalk outside on the street and arrived at Casablanca where the staff brought out a first aid kit and helped me clean up my wounds and patched me up. They also brought me ice and everytime they saw me asked if I needed help. Very helpful and caring. Thank you"

"Location is superb if you are looking for a place where the heart of the action is in Old San Juan. It's right by the best bars, cafes, and restaurants in the area. With that said, it could get loud at night, but I did not have any troubles getting a good night's sleep as my room was farthest away from the stteet. Everything was clean, microwave right outside the rooms, and fridge in the room worked well."

They were all very helpful with giving us information about possible things to do, where to eat and with issues that we had with the water situation that they are having in Puerto Rico. "Great location. Good size rooms. We had the top floor and there were a lot of stairs. The clubs were a little noisy, but ear plugs were provided. Overall we did really enjoy the place."

"Beautiful spot to travel, but our first night we were put in the wrong room which was right next to the street and it was extremely loud. Due to booking through a third party they didnt see the exact room which is understandable. On our second night we got the room we ordered but the water wasn't working. After an hour and breakfast, we returned and they said the water was working. But it was not. Finally after another 30 min the shower was working"
