"The best hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to El Paseo with all the restaurants and shopping. There’s a great spa and fitness centre plus two choices of where to eat. Parking is super easy and safe. The pool is fantastic and we loved the food and bar. "

"During our 2 night stay there was no hot water. Unfortunately, the staff chose to ignore the problem rather than address it with the guests (it was a property wide issue). That made for a shocking shower instead of an uncomfortable expectation. We were offered 5000 Marriott points in exchange (~$15-35). The nightly room rate was $225 after taxes. Ridiculous!"

"Stayed in the 3 bed villa which had a wonderfully spacious shared space and full kitchen. Area was clean and the location was central and a walk to the nearby restaurants. Some of the beds could use an upgrade. However, for the price, this place was unbeatable. "

"I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The carpets throughout the property emitted a persistent and unpleasant odor, which significantly impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Additionally, the lack of water service during my visit was both inconvenient and unacceptable. While I did encounter two staff members who were courteous and helpful, the majority of the team appeared disengaged and unresponsive to guest needs."

"I have no complaints about this property, as this is one of the cheapest inns that is near the shuttle stop for Coachella. The pool is literally in front of our room, but we didn't even use it. There's a small cafe on the property that serves breakfast. It was so cozy, the vibe is so laid back, and if I were given an option to go back here, I would =) just because the other options out there were MORE EXPENSIVE, especially during APRIL."

Arrived rooms next to each other. After a discussion we were moved. But it was protracted and unnecessary. Not enough beds around the adult pool. Poorly designed. Just concrete… You pay this amount and find everyone looking for a bed on a waitlist by 11am or having to lie on the concrete. Stop serving at...

"This resort is unacceptable for a Hyatt property. On the positive side, the design of the pool itself was great for the area, and one of the few properties with a lazy river. The water temperature was refreshing. Beyond that, not much to like. For context, we stayed here on weekdays. The service here was terrible and unacceptable for this type of resort. The restaurants were significantly understaffed, with extremely slow service for both bar and restaurants. Housekeeping and bell desk...

"Perfectly reasonable accommodations for a quick night on our trip to Southern California. Booked it for the properties age but was blown away by the amenities included. Free complimentary EV charging, free breakfast, free internet. Can’t ask for better accommodations for the price "
