"Location is great for our purpose. The property is clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. The property badly needs a renovation. Carpets on hallways are frayed. Some tiles in our bathroom are cracked and show water damage."

"I quite liked this hotel. The amenities were great, the rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. I slept very well, and I'm usually a very light sleeper, especially in hotels. The staff was kind, and the price was excellent. I visit the Palm Desert area quite often, and considering what they offer for the price, I think this hotel is an excellent value."

"This is a timeshare and the amenities are not available for for or just not available like it says. The JW Marriott doesn’t connect and there is no real access to restaurants at property."

"Pros: -the room was clean -no noise from the road next to the hotel -adequate air conditioning -free continental breakfast (nothing fancy, but good to have in a pinch) -mattress and sheets were comfortable Cons: -the shower head in the bathroom was old and didn't work properly, we never could get the right water pressure -the walls are thin, we could hear the people in the room next to us -we called the front desk and multiple times from our room and they did not answer -pillows were...

"I’ve stayed before on business trips, but this time was overnight with my wife during a holiday. Usually, the rooms are top notch, but this time we encountered a urine type smell coming from bedroom carpet. The front desk person was extremely helpful in cleaning up. She cleaned it personally. Unfortunately, the smell still lingered later. We informed the morning staff, when we checked out. Most likely a one time occurrence."
