Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino
5/5 Excellent
"June 7-12 NOT crowded! Family of 3 with a 15 year old daughter. Great teen resort! Attention beach goers: beach is amazing! This was the biggest reason we picked this hotel. IMO: best beach. The beach hut app worked great at 8 am. We never paid for a beach hut, the complimentary ones were amazing! You can reserve and pay $30 at 5pm on app if you want front row the following day. Everyone at resort was so nice! Pool area is gorgeous and the pool is incredible. Ocean is breathtaking and we got floats from the resort free daily. Pool happy hour DJ was great! We did use the fitness center in the early morning and it was impressive for a hotel gym. We were outside most the day and only showered and slept in our rooms so the construction did not bother us at all. Rooms DEFINITELY need to be renovated, but they were still nice and clean. House keeping was quick and our room was always cleaned by the time we came up from the beach. My family wanted beach & relaxation so we did not do any excursions. We did walk everywhere! If you are a walker and staying in palm beach area, pack shoes/sandals you can walk in. There is a trail connecting Palm Beach/hotels. We walked to coffee shops, breakfast, some lunch and dinner/shopping everyday. Shop at Aruba Aloe! We are non drinkers so I have no info about alcoholic drinks. Great gelato in lobby! Restaurants in hotel were limited so be prepare to explore! Will stay here again after rooms are renovated!"
