"The room was clean. Decorated nice. The water pressure was very low in the bathroom sink, just a trickle. The shower was fine. There are no key cards. The Latch app is what you use to get into the building, elevator, and your room and is a bit annoying until you get used to it. I was moved to a different room with no explanation why. I stayed 5 nights. The first room I was in I stayed 1 night. The bed was broken; it only had 3 legs which I dealt with by putting a pot under the 4th corner and it worked fine. The 2nd night I had to move though at 10:30 at night. It was a hassle packing everything up that late and moving 4 floors down and then having to unpack again. Since I had to do it so quickly I ended up leaving a necklace on the nightstand which I never got back. I called and it wasn't found. I think this was just an unusual experience however, and everyone was pleasant that I spoke with. There isn't a pool but there is a nice workout room available. There is a great restaurant next door as well. "

"I reserved this hotel last minute for my husbands birthday weekend and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by the sweetest young man named Jerome. He was so pleasurable and personable. The only thing that I disliked was the parking (the only reason I gave 4 stars), it was impossible to find a parking spot. But they do offer valet! I would definitely book here again!"

"Staff are not forthcoming with the bill. I asked to see our bill and when I saw it I was mis-charged. They couldn’t find a way to refund me and so I was left over-charged. Shame as hotel location was great and facilities everything we needed. Staff were great until we had issue. Staff need to show customers the bill and ask if everything is ok before charging a then causing an issue. "
