"The area is quiet which we wanted! The property was smaller than we anticipated, but it was really clean. Lawson and 7 eleven are walking distance which we mostly had our breakfast and snacks. They also had restaurants around that area and Ameyoko Market is right across the street. Hosts can speak English and very helpful.
