"Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms were big and spacious. Feel the carpets, furniture and design are in need of a refresh. There was a musty smell throughout the corridors and the room smelled sweaty. Fortunately I arrived at 11pm so I opened the windows and aired it out which helped with some of the smell. "The White House end of the hotel is lovely. Sadly we were in a different part where the rooms were tired and ultra basic. Our room stank of vomit, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, we could feel the springs in the bed. We only had one towel and one toilet roll for two of us sharing a double room. The staff were kind but lacked an understanding of hospitality, in particular they were confused when serving dinner. Two meals came out wrong, then were corrected before being taken away,...

"The location is great, you walk out of the door and walk down the street and you’re at all the shops and Windsor Castle! The train station is also super close!"
