"Arrived close to closing time and was warmly greeted by publcan, staff and pub regilars.
Felt safe and was well fed at breakfast time. Nice to hear other guests talking about their intended visitsof the day.
Publican helpful with my additional enquiries and offered suggestions of taxis to get to and from a venue..
Lovely lunch eaten after checking out.
Beer Garden well looked after and village was nice to wander around with further walks suggested, if required.
The place is cared for.

"This is my first review of anything ever - product, place, airline, anything! My stay at The George deserves a review because it was so perfect. Amazing food, lovely room, slept well, great breakfast. Simply nothing negative to say! Staff are great and I will stay again if I get the chance.
My only feedback would be to suggest soft close toilet seats in the rooms 😬"
