"The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious! We didn’t try out the onsen as we were not comfortable with getting naked with our adult children.
The location was fantastic, super close to Gora station. "

"The staff were all really nice and helpful. Our room was very clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed. The bar has a lot of options. They also offer a shared dinner, up to 10 people per night, and that was a great experience with a great group of people. We would stay here again in the future!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. The toilet and shower were also clean. Overall good value for the place especially visiting during an extremely busy time of year (New Years) in Hakone. The descriptions/reviews provided by other guest were pretty spot on. "
