"The rooms were large like an American hotel. Actually very convenient to the train station Kokusaikaikan. The station has like its own exit to the entrance of the hotel grounds. The room we were in had a shower room as well as a bath tub. The beds were soft and large. The staff are very nice."

"Amazing property! The staff were so kind. I lost my glasses off of the balcony and the next day staff searched to find them for me! The onsen on the balcony was so wonderful! A very spacious room with nice amenities. Great view of lake Biwa. Would highly recommend!"
