"We were met at reception by a very friendly and helpful lady and to our surprise we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. The room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely go back and recommend it to friends and family. "

"We had a delightful 8 night stay here. The hotel and room are practically new. It really did feel like a small apartment, with everything you'd need, including a small, fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, utensils, cooking supplies, a refrigerator and microwave. We didn't use these (except the microwave occasionally) but it was impressive. Room and bedding were comfortable, with plenty of storage for clothing. Bathroom was quite modern with decent shower stall and some toiletries...

I brought my own soya milk with me for breakfast. would definitely recommend this hotel only 4 stars for cleanliness, as a drain smell in the bathroom, the floor was clean, but feel it could do with a steam clean, looked like it had a build up of cleaning product. "We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning.
Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me.
The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
