Great staff. Awesome touch to have free ice cream at the main lobby. Private onsen on the balcony of the room with a stunning view was breathtaking and helpful given my partner has tattoos and can't use public onsen. Best breakfast buffet with many options that ive been to.

Hakone Yutowa
Close to Gora station. We stayed in the Condo, so it was a separate building to go to the Onsen & lobby/lounge area. We enjoyed evening snack and sweets. We couldn't change the room temperature and asked for help from the hotel and came to find out the temperature couldn't be changed so the room ...
