"Great staff the bell hop Ernesto was very helpful! The property also has a complimentary airport shuttle that picks you up and drops you off. The room was very clean and it is very close to the airport."

"I like this brand in general, convenient for a short stay, with parking available. This time I was upgrades to a suite, two huge rooms. I wish I was staying longer. I took a shuttle from and to the airport and it was very convenient. The service in the restaurant was strange. More waiters than customers, but they do not make eye contact, so you just sit and hope. This could be improved. My room had wast views of the inner garden, that was nice."

"The hotel is very clean, safe, well located, the neighbourhood isnt the best but it's close to the airport. The staff are very kind and the breakfast was awesome healthy choices and delicious. Free parking inside the hotel. I gave only 4 stars because of the neighbourhood and a lot of noise from outside during the night. "

El personal amable (algunos). Está cerca del metro Nativitas (línea azul) lo cual lo ubica super bien, a lado de un Walmart y KFC"

"El servicio de la persona en recepciòn fue buena, màs aùn cuando le comentè que me habìa estado comunicando en varias ocasiones, para poder coordinar que me recogieran al llegar al aeropuerto (tomando en cuenta que prestan el servicio), con tiempo anticipado (12 horas) y nunca recibì respuesta. Lo que hizo la Srita, es proporcionarme un desayuno Continental para el otro dìa en cortesìa. Pero debo de decir que al realizar el check in y y programar el viaje (no regrese en tiempo) por lo que al ver...

"Good hours for Breakfast 7-11am, many options for the buffet; very tasty. Room very spacious. Firm mattress! The only thing I could complain about is the soap/lotion and shampoo/aconditioner dispensers are attached to wall and hard to use."
