"This property is within view of Wrigley Field. For the price, in the middle of the summer it was reasonably priced. Property is in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of fun, local places to eat. The Addison Red Line stop is a 5 minute walk from the location. Two key observations to share. First, you will not talk to an actual person when you visit. "No amenities especially what your paying. Rooms were very small, no additional seating only a bed. No counter space. Not even coffee in the room. Would not stay here again"

"Some spaces look like they could use touchup and rehab but overall a cute little boutique hotel. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Love the coffee in the morning another nice touch would be maybe some pastries or muffins something simple to grab and go. The biggest complaint is we were on the second floor on the right side and faced the parking garage and the blinds did not block out the lights. And the noise.
